It's the last week of basketball for Mayes County.

So far three teams have qualified for State Finals and two more have a chance with wins tonight.

Adair girls dominated Lincoln Christian to win the Area Tournament and advance to the state finals.

Chouteau boys entered the Area Championships undefeated. While a tight game throughout, the Wildcats beat Pawnee for their bid to state finals.

Pryor boys fell in a tight game to Memorial on Friday but came back to defeat Miami on Saturday for their second chance to advance to the state finals. They will face Eisenhower at 3:30 Thursday in Sapulpa. If they win they will play at 10:30 Friday at the Mabee Center against the winner of Edison Prep/Edmond Deer Creek. 5A Boys final will be Saturday at 1:45 at the Mabee Center.

Locust Grove boys were in the consolation bracket at Area. So far they've handled two of three teams. Tonight they will face McLain again at 8 p.m. in Sapulpa. McLain knocked the Pirates into the consolation bracket by winning 48-56 at the Regional Final. Locust must win to get that ticket to the state finals.

Locust Grove girls were defeated in the Area finals by Vinita 35-30. They will face Berryhill tonight at 6:30 in Sapulpa for their last chance to get their ticket to State Finals.
