Four of Mayes County's teams have fought through the consolation bracket to continue on to the big house, while Adair Lady Warriors remain undefeated in their bid to State.

      Adair Lady Warriors #4 (25-0) will face Verdigris #5 (23-3) at 6:30 on Friday in Ft. Gibson. If the Lady Warriors win they move into State brackets. If they loose they will have to win 6:30 Saturday in Ft. Gibson to continue.

Mayes County action starts Thursday for our four other teams.

     Adair Warriors face Kansas at 8 p.m. Thursday in Ft. Gibson. The Warriors are ranked #16 and are 18-9. Kansas is ranked #11 and 20-5. Kansas has beaten the Warriors twice already this season. Warriors fell in December 55-50 and in January 59-49. The Warriors have to win to continue their bid to State.

     Chouteau Wildcats  face Kiefer at 3 in Claremore. Both teams are currently unranked. Kiefer is 21-5 while Chouteau is 16-9. The Wildcats have to win to continue their bid to State.

     Locust Grove Pirates  face Ft. Gibson at 3 p.m. at the Muskogee Civic Center. Ft. Gibson is ranked #16 and is 20-3. Locust is unranked at 19-6. The Pirates have to win to continue their bid to State.

     S alina Lady Wildcats  face Kansas at 6:30 on Thursday in Ft. Gibson. Salina is unranked and 11-10. Kansas is ranked #14 and 17-8. The teams are split for match-ups so far this season. Kansas beat Salina in January 63-60. Earlier this month Salina took a 57-43 win. The Lady Wildcats must win to continue their bid to State.
