Two of our eight County teams made it further than the rest. Two of our teams, played their hearts out to the very end. Twice in two days I made the trip down the highway to Oklahoma City and back to capture the last of Mayes County's basketball season.

Chouteau's "Upset Nation" kicked out the top two teams in the state on their playoff action. #2 Ketchum was a great but nerve wracking game to watch. I was happy to cheer the Chouteau Wildcats through out this season. Their season ended short of the Gold Ball Friday night falling to Latta 65-41.

The Adair Lady Warriors have made their way to State playoffs many times. They were unbeaten and ranked #4 in the State. They eased passed their first round opponent but fell short to Sulphur in the semi finals. Great season girls!
