Both winner and runner up advance to Area next week in Muskogee. Chouteau girls are in a win or out situation. They beat Afton girls Thursday 53-48. They also beat Talihina 46-28 Friday. They will play at 1:30 p.m. Saturday vs Wister. Winner advances to Area next week in Muskogee.
Adair -Adair girls beat Eufaula 58-28 to advance to the Regional Championship game at 6:30 p.m. Saturday in Adair against Lincoln Christian. Both winner and runner up advance to Area next week in Bixby. NOTE: If both Adair and Salina win games this weekend they will face each other in the Area Championship game next Friday at 6:30 p.m. in Bixby. Adair boys beat Stigler 62-38 to advance to the Regional Championship game at 8 p.m. Saturday in Adair vs winner of Cascia Hall. Both winner and runner up advance to Area next week in Bixby.
Salina -Salina girls beat Vian 56-41 to advance to the Regional Championship game at 6:30 p.m. in Verdigris against Kansas. Both winner and runner up advance to Area next week in Bixby. NOTE: If both Adair and Salina win games this weekend they will face each other in the Area Championship game next Friday at 6:30 p.m. in Bixby. Salina boys are in a win or out situation. They had a bye Thursday night. They won in overtime over Keys 73-43 Friday. They will play Saturday at 3 p.m. in Verdigris against Kansas. Winner advances to Area next week in Bixby.
Locust Grove -Locust Grove girls fell to Mannford Thursday night in overtime to put them in a win or out situation. They beat Wagoner 55-49. They will play Saturday at 1:30 p.m. against Inola. Winner advances to Area next week in Skiatook. Locust Grove boys beat Mannford 56-41 to advance to the Regional Championship Game against Ft Gibson Saturday night at 8 p.m. in Ft Gibson. Both winner and runner up advance to Area next week in Skiatook.
Pryor -Pryor Girls beat Coweta last night 46-34. The face Skiatook at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in Skiatook. Winner and runner up advance to Area next week. Pryor Boys beat Nathan Hale 72-49 Friday. They will play at 7 p.m. Saturday against East Central. Both winner and runner up of that game move on to Area next week, location TBA.
